Covid-19 : A Message to Our Customers

Dear Customers and Colleagues,

Since the start of the Coronavirus pandemic, we have been responding and adapting our protocols and processes to the challenges raised by COVID-19, with the health and safety of our employees and customers at the forefront of our minds.

During these challenging times, Benx team has been working hard to make sure we live up to our vision of being the supplier of choice for our customers, putting your needs at the heart of our strategy. This means being there for our customers and stepping up in new ways to ensure we offer continued supply and support to you. I would like to personally thank you for choosing us to be your partner during these unprecedented times, and we are eager to continue our close collaboration, as our industry slowly recovers.

While we are all happy to see the reduction in cases of COVID-19 across the UK, we need to remain vigilant and maintain the highest safety standards to protect our colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders. Dr Kevin Ruane, our Group HR and Health and Safety Director, regularly review’s the government advice, and we are quick to implement all necessary measures to make sure we keep everyone protected. Under Kevin’s guidance, our Health and Safety representatives at our branches across the U.K. have implemented our 5-Point Safety Plan to minimise any risk of infection.

I am grateful to my colleagues for their commitment over the past few months, by working from home to ensure our systems and processes are running smoothly, by continuing to work at branches as part of our skeleton team, or by safeguarding our business by being on furlough leave. I am delighted to announce that most of our employees are now back in their roles. Our SPS Envirowall branches are now largely working as normal and our RCM distribution depots are fully operational.

We remain committed to ensuring we deliver the best service to our customers during and beyond the pandemic.
